The aim of the platform: to helpaffiliate managers analyse andmanage data from their gyms.

What was the expected:

The company had an MVP version of the platform, but the visual aspect and performance were not at an adequate level. It required a team to generate reports and send them individually to each company. In addition, from a user experience point of view, managers didn't have enough information to access. Employees only used a single feature of the platform.

APPROACH

Design process

My design process begins with identifying and understanding the needs of users and stakeholders. In the design phase, I develop a design system, create wireframes and build prototypes. Then carry out user tests to ensure effectiveness. I iterate based on feedback and then present and deliver the final design.

DISCOVERY

UX process

I began by carrying out extensive research into business and user needs. This served as the basis for redesigning the platform, adapting it to meet the specific needs of the target audience. I conducted interviews with users to gain deeper insight into their needs and preferences. Additionally, I analysed competitors and functionalities. Afterwards, I organised insights and performed card sorting with users.

Designs

The goal was to redesign and create a user-friendly platform with an intuitive interface, allowing users to navigate and understand the system and carry out their daily tasks. The result is a simplified layout that allows users to manage and control gyms easily.

It was a challenging job that allowed me to learn a lot about the company and the B2B product. The implementation and launch were something I was looking forward to, and I'm happy with the result.

What made it work

The intuitive, easy-to-use design has increased customer satisfaction and ease of access to partners and their benefits.
It simplified the customer support process, ensuring a flow of contacts made through one means of communication, unifying and facilitating support.
