Overview

Due to the limitations and lack of alignment of the platform, it was necessary to completely redesign the platform to meet the needs of the users and the company.

Research Findings / Pain Points

01

The platform is a bit too simple and only useful for reading QR codes

03

Approval and receipt of documentation is done through contact outside the platform

02

Low administration in the platform

Problem Statement

The platform currently only reads QR codes. Gym information is scattered, making it hard to access and understand. This leads to increased effort in managing and understanding data.

The information architecture was defined, wireframes drawn up and the final prototype created. Based on feedback from users who praised the simplicity and dynamism of the old platform, a redesigned version was created preserving these qualities.

The partner team was invited to conduct Card Sorting on Optimal Workshop to arrange group terms and grasp the organisation of information.

Competitors were analysed and features selected

User testing feedback

The users (managers) reported the need to have a different login for managers and workers. So an iteration was made to limit access to data for some users.
